    IMO, when black people call other black people nigga, it is not coming with a sense of inferiority attached to it. The same can't be said when white people say it, unless you are joking with the person. A black friend of mine comes to our backyard family bbq's and he walks in and says "what's up, my pollocks?"

    It is funny and he says it in a cheeky way. No one gets upset.
