they use em underground as well, i always see the indian cop that uses it at the 42nd st stattion.
there's a really long strecth, and i watched him take off pretty quick, i want one.i dont see how they can be effecient for anything but looking cool, the minute someone in one of ths is chasing you, all you need to find are stairs.
