I have the same problem with Safari Online Books (O'Reilly). I get no notices except:
Hey ... we shut down your account because this is your final notice. Mind you, we didn't send you any notices on your yearly account saying payment would be due, we safely assumed we're the only thing you pay for in the world. Invoice you say? Hey, fuck you. That's what we say. We say, "Hey fuck you." So what that we even tried billing you anyway even though you're not on automatic renewal. How dare you get a new card. We were almost able to bill you twice G-d damn it pulling this fucking stunt.
You know what the best part is? You don't even fucking use your account with us. We know. You've had the same books out for 2 years, you're basically paying us for doing nothing except canceling your account once a year randomly. Oh yea buddy, we did it in May last year just to fucking throw you off for shits and giggles. We're fucking goofballs like that.
So in closing, our warmest regards to your company card - our crazy coke habits would only allow us to achieve a higher high if we knew it was actually your money lining our nostrils.
