I'm actually beta-testing the webcam blogging system at http://www.tonguewag.com - the current app goes well beyond blogging and also does things like membership, newsletters, webpolling, search etc... and its added to your site with a single line of code. Downside is that if you're a Mac user, the article updater doesn't work. :o(
