    what about just getting that silver wire that is used to hang pictures. double wrap it around the center piece in the back the put the screw holes where the monitor would cover. to compensate for the weight, just get a thicker gauge wire and the anchor drywall screws, depending on your walls.

    to adjust the angle, get a piece of velcro, and some small L-brackets. stick the velcro to the back of the monitor near the top or bottom (depending how you may need to adjust) and then some on the L brackets. put T-nuts in the wall and some bolts through the L-brackets. when you tighten the T-Nut bolt, it will pull the top of the monitor, closer to the wall, thus straighten it out. you could conceal all this behind the monitor so you don't see it straight on.
