i have no idea when Dell will offer the 128... I know that there are 128MB cards for laptops out there. I have an ATI 64MB in my 8100 and it is pretty sweet. I doubt you'll notice any difference between ATI or Nvidia cards, though.
I just want the best when I drop the $$ to upgrade so I can play games on the beast, so 128 it is! :-D
