  Needs more work, lacks of refinement
  and it looks pretty uninteresting.
  If you want to keep the blue is fine, but just keep it on the header or on the left side. and keep the bg neutral for the work display

  Then... type: there is too much capitalisation and the headlines are generally to flat to catch the eye. Poor hierarchy as well

  Dare a bit, play with it, don't make it too dull!
