No tutorial to link to, but this is how I'd try it..
- Take some paper. Fold it, concertina-style.
- Take some well-lit photographs.
- In Photoshop, clean up photographs, then overlay your leaflet, fiddling with the layer modes, 'til you get the right shading peeking through (probably Multiply, off the top of my head, but in all my years of using PS, I've still not learnt off my heart what Mode does what!).
- Additionally, you could cut the flat graphic into panels that match the underlying folded areas, then fiddle with the perspective/distort slightly on each to fit.
