buy the cheapest memory configuration from Dell and then order more RAM from crucial.com. You'll save $$. It is really easy to install, there is a cover on the bottom that you remove and that's it.
I have an 8100 and will upgrade to the 8500 as soon as the 128MB video cards come out.
