    spooky:
had a similar scare with aidan when he was a little over a year old. woke up crying one night at 11:00. it was an awful sound too.
went to get him up, he was having trouble breathing so we went to the ER. turns out he had a respitory infection and croup (a loud nasty cough) picture a 1 year old, tired as hell, barely breathing in a triage room while 3 nurses and a doctor huddle around him trying to get him to breathe in a mask. he was screeching and crying, obviously making it harder for him to breathe. didn't get home until 4 in the morning. they had to give him a steroid and had to monitor his reaction to it.

jnr: migraines are the fucking devil, i used to get them as a kid. i'm lucky now though i get sinus headaches constantly, some of which get so bad that they feel like migraines. i had no idea what they were. i just would lose my vision sometimes, clouded up with what they call "auras" and get extraordinarily nauseous. found out much later that they were migraines. i was like "holy shit?! is that what that was?" i wish i had known, or had told anyone.

    • yep, I hate when people say, 'ohh, I've got a migraine..' and I'm like..'..the fuck you have..'Jnr_Madison
    • sinus headaches are not as bad, but they are quite horrible too. But I've mainly been in the hospital for asthma.Jaline
