I tried to take frame grabs from a dvd today on receptions computer, apple's dvd player wouldn't let me take a grab, so I downloaded VLC player and it worked a treat. Our receptionist wanted to take some grabs for personal use.
Good little tip there if anyone has come across this problem before.
