Come on mate, even an idiot like you can see the diference, surely?Nairn knows it's illegal, he doesnt need a load of brain-washed law abiding narrow-minded muppets to point that out, he is frustarted at the situation, as I feel you would be for getting a parking ticket.
Although that is still a poor comparison, feel it is better than the drink-driving one. Afterall the UK govt said it would issue "parking-offence style fines" for cannabis users.
