A few years ago I bought an old house in the country, with lots of old sheds, trunks, rubbish and wood and a few thousand square meters of pine trees, walnuts and cherish wood. The house was in perfect condition, but the inner pateo of the house had aged layers of rubbish. So when we moved in, the first thing thing we noticed was mice. They were everywhere but they weren't dirty. Thing is they like electric ovens and they tend to procreate on top of them, just below the cooking place. Either you love the country or you don't.
