If your landlord wanted everyone to move out of your apartment block, don’t you think they’d just evict everyone instead of leasing an apartment to a really noisy, annoying tenant and hoping that everyone would move out? Makes no sense, does it?

    • Eviction might bring all sorts of lawsuits maybe?ismith
    • Nope.omgitsacamera
    • Happens all the time, don't see why it couldn't be the reason. A lot of people are afraid 'minorities' will hire aggressive lawyers.ismith
    • lawyers. (it happened to a landlord friend of my mom before, not a good ending)ismith
    • What if the landlord has complete power? Wouldn’t they just use it?MrOneHundred
    • Just one guy being a dick, but it would be enough to get someone to try another way if it's happened to them or they;reismith
    • afraid of it happening.ismith
    • Maybe they've had something like it happen to them in the past, or there's some contractual exploit. Who knows.ismith
    • Unless he’s the landlords no-good asshole son.MrOneHundred
