some are both these days. like all the super bowl ads are all over the internet in hours. some have huge budgets, get on air prime time but never take off until given a second life on the net either via youtube dubs or as a another avenue...oh ya that commercial with the talking dog that drives a lawnmower past a naked chick...lets digg it!
