Aye, I did my own last year, using with a concoction I found on the internet (warmish saltwater, with some hydrogen peroxide), applied using a small syringe (needle-less, obviously!).
It worked fucking brilliantly, and although it feels a bit silly doing it and is a bit hippy, I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone else. I mean, it's an odd feeling, pouring loads of warm water into the middle of your face, but once you get used to it, you feel the benefit and find it surprisingly therapeutic.
