If the rest of their site is anything to go by Im not surprised they have steal other people work!!!!
It would be interesting to know if they just nicked a screen grab or if they have actually ripped of the design and produced a site like it for a client! If they have sold the design to a client it might be worth sending the client an email too. Really put the cat amongst the pigeons!
