    Wednesday. 1:15pm.

    Realisation dawns that I've sat here since 8:30am with my headphones on, not listening to any music at all.

    1:16pm

    I remove my headphones and experience a vapourous expansive feeling, as though my head is being sand blasted with eucalyptus flakes and arctic wind. Chilled air roars past my ear holes performing a deafening freeform solo on the cacaphone, and my cranium dissolves into floating chunks of nougaty nothingness

    1:17pm

    I return to the silent sanctuary of my headphones once more.
