Little jackie Paper is the sad and lonely little boy with nobody to play with who Puff comes along and takes on a magical adventure. The whole thing is a toker analogy from what I remember... Little Jackie paper is a cigarette paper who's life is rubbish until 'puff' comes along. When I was little though, I used to experience a deep sense of melancholy whenever I watched Puff The Magic Dragon. I thought it was incredibly sad that little jackie paper was so utterly unloved by anyone.
