Well I use Media Temple and I have been with them since 2004 and I can strongly recommend them to anyone. Grate service, grate features, superb support, everything you need. Also my site has never been down since I have been with them.
A mate of mine uses Dreamhost and he is happy with them...
Note that some hosting companies offer you everything like unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disc space ect but when it comes down to it you are limited to what there terms and conditions state. So always read the small print and make sure that they offer you real 24/7 support.
