^^ exactly, I image being handed the brand guidelines to work on something would actually be really inspiring and great to work with, rather than the usual don't do this, clear space must be this, bottom left corner only bollocks that you have to fight against. And just look how seamlessly the logo fits into partner/affiliate branding.
It really surprises me how many young designers here seem so outraged and are seemingly incapable of seeing possibilities, yet incapable of any further articulation than "its fucking shit" etc
aah well what do I know
