Shining's one of his lesser films IMO. But the doc is still great to get an insight into his methods.
Like the way Kubrick fucks with Shelly Duvall's head winding her up and being impatient with her - just so he can shoot her in that manic state...haha, it was like, oh man you cunt. But she says she respected him more for doing that.
