T&C's are crazy; With no Prize?
"In consideration of our payment to you of the sum of one pound (£1) (the receipt of which you hereby acknowledge) You hereby assign to us all right title and interest in the Remix (including without limitation the world-wide copyright therein and all renewals and extensions thereof) TO HOLD in perpetuity and for so long as any rights therein shall subsist You warrant and represent that you are under no restriction or prohibition whether contractual or otherwise with respect to your right to enter into this agreement The Remixes shall be free of any claims whatsoever by you or any person firm or corporation deriving any rights or interests through or from you You shall not make any claim to have written and/or composed any part of the underlying musical compositions embodied in the Remixes Neither this agreement nor any other form or document by which you give your consent to our exploitation of the Remixes shall on its own account entitle you to be treated as a "performer" or a "musician" for the purpose of the distribution of public performance income arising from such exploitation."
