We've talked about this before where I said I have this real nutso real dreams where I'm awake inside of them and can remember them vividly and act on them in my dreams.
Then someone told me they were in fact lucid dreams.
I get them constantly and I think since I can apparently hit REM almost instantaneously the severe lack of sleep I get, my mind has found a way to adjust, haha. Because I get them almost every single nite.
