    I had several interviews with there e-innovation center in Toronto 2 years ago.

    Went through 3 separate interviews and then had to take an exam comprised of Algebra, problem solving, and logical tests.

    I then asked them to send me there portfolio, and the stuff they worked on are shit! So I didn't take there offer. They weren't willing to pay me what I wanted anyway. I was asking for
    $50k canadian , that's an average salary for a designer

    Not to discourage you, I have a friend that works there, and he said they are doing some good work. they do all the major tennis grand slam sites and are quite nice.
