It is said by europeans that Americans are great hosts, but lousy guests, and when you travel to a european country after living in america, you can see why.. Appalling service, cramped conditions, people crowding you and telling you 'can't have xyz', even though you're stood there with the fucking money in your hand.....as happened to me last week....'can I have the vegeburger meal, please ?. 4.80 mate. What drink do you want ?
