what about CRITMYSHIT.COM ?
It could be a site where people can post up EVERY piece of work they do to be crit'd by their peers. Every little details is covered so in fact you dont even have to do any 'good' design, your peers will do all that for you.
It seems to me that you are being influenced fairly heavily by certain design styles like TDR etc but you aint quite there, spend some time and tighten things up a little.
It also seems like you are on a quest for instant fame - as if youd just appeared on bigbro. In the web world you've got to have something worthy of being heralded as GREAT to be put on that pedestal.
