if its by invite only then your just going to get the same old wankers thinking they are the elite, theres never going to be the chance of fuckwitts suddenly butting in and giving their tuppence of crap - no matter how crap - sometimes its just nice to get away from the same ol same ol.
maybe thats why so many people get lynched on here lol.
forums should be open to everyone and thats where you'll get the freshest ideas.
Threadless was thought up by one of the guys who used to frequent dreamless.org after a comp on dreamless to design a tshirt for the dreamless seminars that ran alongside the flash forward ones and REALLY helped to boost web design and development, making some people really famous amongst their peers really fast by allowing them to show off their skills in flash and design.
if you want to get famous for something, then think of an original idea. it could be so simple that its stupid!
