If it is about her boyfriend being there, I suggest you “man up” and go anyway. It will show that you don’t care about him. Be ebullient. Regale the gathered hoards with tales of manliness, pay her due attention, look for a way to disable him, perhaps with liquor or maybe pills. When he has passed out, insert a shit (that you did earlier and brought along in a baggie) into his pants and make disapproving remarks as he discovers his predicament.
