I love the concept. Bodoni works well here.
I do think it's too subtle to be read from any distance. Darken that blue and increase the contrast between sky and water. Also, the title feels rather high for my taste. I'd lower your horizon line. I'd also make the title several point sizes bigger.

- You should ignore gramme's comment. Bodoni is nice, but he's wrong about your design, which is great. I love the square proportion at the bottom.monospaced
