email her, don't ask her out. think of something that you 2 may have in common. or just be normal say it was really nice to meet you etc etc
if she responds you can ask to meet up, try to think of something where she doesn't feel like it's a huge commitment like 1 drink.
this way she can see how it goes and will more likely say yes. a movie night w wines sounds like a bit too much for a first meeting.- I like this idea.Jaline
