    rybo, if you brought that kind of attitude anywhere fucking near me in a professional capacity I'd rip you a new one in under 5 seconds.

    Yup, this other guy's might not be very good (at SIXTEEN ffs) but I'm inclined to say he may actually BE more employable. Employing people you immediately want to slap about is problematic in an industry built on a fair amount of collaboration and trust.
