  art doesn't really has a definition. But I guess if other people respect what you made, or when you made something with a 'meaning' , I think you can call it art.

  so:
  Art is based on respect and the 'ideas' of the designer behind his work. Art should have much interpretations.
  Like someone once said, if 1,000,000 people watch my movie, I hope they saw 1,000,000 movies.
