I think this is a very fair regulation, this pretty much does the things I suggested above. I think people here who have never purchased a gun might not realize how easy it is (unfortunately) for almost anyone to get one legally.
- Last I checked all handguns require a pistol permit at purchase, but not so for larger guns.ismith
