did anyone else here read the decision?
Scalia is a big, dense, wind-bag; a very intelligent wind-bag, but nonetheless. It is ridiculous to concern that the Constitution “The operative clause’s text and history demonstrate that it connotes an individual right to keep and bear arms.” (pulled from NYT article, and ruling). I mean, honestly- the document is not intended to be evolving and serving of the peoples it rules over at any given time? Nuts.
- It's funny how some alterations are deemed ok, while others are considered atrocities to the documentlocustsloth
- he knows what they meant just as much as jeffererson knew what free meant to a slave********
