I survived buying my lunch. This is how it went:

    - Found some new place I've never been to, and decided to get a sandwich. Either "Tandoori Chicken" or "Spicy Thai", I told myself.
    - While deciding, I went to get a 7UP from their fridge.
    - I then looked in each sandwich section and those two were sold out, unfortunately, so I had a dilemma.
    - I hate touching/taking things and then putting them back (especially when other people are watching), so I think about how I now HAVE to buy the 7UP, at the very least. But it seems lame to just buy a drink when I have to eat something.
    - I gathered up my courage and asked a lady working there if the sandwiches that are out are the only ones available. She said no! They just didn't make any new ones within the past few minutes because it's not too busy.
    - She asked which sandwich I wanted and I told her that I'd like the Spicy Thai.
    - I paid, and was offered a free bag of chips (but declined to take them), and got my sandwich soon after that.
    - Now I am eating. Not as spicy as I would've liked, but still decent.

    Next time: Tandoori chicken.

I think about things way too much.

    • A solid victory! Well played!
Instead next time should be something that isn't even on their menu, haha.
