I work as an Editor for a TV company, I am I would say depending on the day, project and client, between a 5 and 10. Sometimes people really piss me off with some of their requests and the way they approach things so I tend not to be very good on their projects they get the 5's out of me, other times clients are ace and they get on well with me and we understand what is needed and they approach it in a good way and a clear way they get the 10s yo!.
