Honestly get a lawyer and fucking strip the prick of everything he or she has, in the back of your mind remember this person wanted to completely ruin you, he or she had no thought towards you, you may have had a child a wife a family to support but in their horrible world they sought to destroy you financially without any concern for where or who your money might contribute.
Get your lawyer to talk about the charity work you do and the lives you have touched with your money and how this was corrupted wholly and unjustly by this horrible person.
