You should absolutley take him or her to court, basically he or she is trying to make you bankrupt or broke or whatever it is maliciouse and hatefull, if you had not been so switched on to the internet you would have paid this bill and no trealised what was happening, sue the hell out of this prick, I am very serious about this it is utterly horrible what this guy or chick is doing.
