    keep us posted so others know when to avoid paypal.
    In my dealings with them - if you are calm and simply ask to verify things with a manager you should get someone (somewhat) intelligent on the phone. [now that they've switched to india for support im not sure about this]

    • Paypal is really leaving open, an opprotunity for another credit card processor, at least one for creatives and hobbiest.
