Lunch time.
As per usual I'll be scoffing 2 x rounds of toasted tuna mayo sandwiches with lettuce and plum tomato on soya & linseed malted bread, 1 x packet of Walkers crisps (flavour to be decided on by lucky dip), half a snack size Melton Mowbury pork pie and a glass of red grape juice.
