I know someone who works on the rails and if I could be arsed I'd ask him.
Yeah, Europe has the same problems as we do, but you'd think it was paradise they way the fucking scare mongering Mail, Express and Standard go on!
Oh apart for when the EEC enforce some workers rights and then Europe are a bunch of toss potts.
