If only there was some occidental tourists stuck in there, you would have heard about the million dollar rescue plan. FEMA would send life jacket filled with depleted uranium, and a plan to bomb the country (cough... Iran) responsible for it would be under way.
but sadly they are just poor third world country peeps, you can replace them.
