    I really, really suggest training in something. Running, swimming, martial arts, sports, weights. Anything.

    Its amazing how different being active can make you feel. You can start to feel more strong and confident and comfortable in your body, which is a start.

    You'll then have a raised sense of confidence. Then go join the gym, the swimming club etc and you'll end up meeting people.

    • Meeklo, I saw that a while back. I run a few miles a day and usually do a longer one at the weekends but im not really into digital training : Davolve
