    The difference is that the amount of time the foot spends on the floor is different when the 'floor' is moving than when it is still.

    I frequently exercise on a treadmill and always end up with different numbers. My speed of 5.5km per hour on the streets is read as 7.5 on the treadmill. The time it takes me to do 5k on the streets translate into barely 3.5 km on the treadmill. You just gotta get used to that. I have and use it as extra motivation as it takes more time and effort to match the numbers you would get from running on the streets.

    • I actually attempted to calibrate it like 5 times on the treadmill n always got da message that it was unable to read anything.VectorMasked
