"i was sitting at work this morning,right, after i'd done my fun friday morning 'heads up' traffic meeting for my team (45 people), it's a motivational thing that me and my deputy iain barnes(that's actually pronounced BARN-EZ, not Barns) and i decided to go round and sort of ask what they (my team) were getting upto at the weekend, like. so i speaks to this horse face woman, right, must be about fucking 50, buys the stationery an' that. daft mare says, well this weekend, i'm gonny(she's scotch) be having a girlies night out! i nearly nipped.a girlie night out ,IT'S 50 odd!!?? creeping jesus, how can that happen, the very thought of her being out after dark would bring the average bloke out in hives, christ almighty, i see her when she comes out the bog at work, and she even sweats after having a shite!! this weekend, i'm going to be writing my new seminar for ALTCO Benelux in Dubai in the merry month of may. in fact it was two year ago in may when i played golf with Erykah Badu. i still send her txt messages when i'm pissed you know! daft eh?"
