  I skipped over most of the other posts so forgive me if I'm repeating anyone else. For the first 3 days or so just put some Bacitracin or A&D on it a few times a day until it starts to scab up. Once the scabbing starts (day 4 or so), just put some lotion on whenever it starts to dry out or get itchy (no scented or extra healing or anything like that...just plain ol' lotion). You basically just want to keep your skin from getting to dry for the first week or two. No suntan lotion or pools for a little while either. And no scratching...I know, it's a given, but I still gotta mention it anyway.
