    I am in serious amounts of pain - but it's a good pain you know? I think my body is desperate for rest and an off day, and now that it's stopped raining and the sun is out I might just have a couple of days on the beach!

    • I actually read that you need at least 2 days a week off from running (or even walking) so your muscles can rest.Meeklo

    • The best is to do cross country training, rather than stop all the way. When you don't run, go swimming or ride your bike!mattiaBK
