We do this sort of, mainly an interactive company, but I can warn you of some potential huge problems down the road.
Combining mograph and interactive is combining two huge industries into a niche market hybrid in a way.
Beware of getting contracted to do stuff that is very much specialized in one or the other.
For example, say you're ace at creating this slick site that has some animation and video produced for it. Awesome, right? But, then a client comes along who wants that exact thing, but it has a huge backend database requirement to it too, and you don't have those resources nailed down yet. Potential huge problem.
Just think about those things first.
