Go shit. But don't throw out the toilet paper aka TP. Wipe off excess shit. Use 'used' TP to wipe all door handles. This can be done very sneakily as the paper can fit in your palm. And it just looks like you're just opening doors.
Sit back and enjoy as people sniff their hands.
